Beautiful Villa with pool in Ardèche Verte

Beautiful old mill for rent (with 3 sterilized cats, 1 of which lives inside) on a 4700 m2 riverside plot with a 4x8 m in-ground pool (140 cm water line) with an alarm (without a dome or bar cover). Work on the pool in progress. On the ground floor: bedroom/shower, WC and a large 50 m² room. On the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom + shower. Linens and towels are NOT provided. Play area available for your children. TV room with Netflix (sofa) Centralized suction/Kobold. Raclette/crepes machine and M.cuisine.. The space Ground floor bedroom: 160 cm bed with shower for 2 people. 3Bd on the 1st floor with 2 160 cm beds and 1 140 cm bed. A very large BA with double sinks, a large worktop, and a walk-in shower. Sheets and towels are NOT provided. A play room area with a few games for girls and boys. Please note: my son, a Lego fan, has built a lot, and he asks that you not leave it within reach of your children. But LEGO will be available to your children if they want to build. Lots of Playmobil. Farm animals. Guest access You will have access to almost the entire first floor and the second floor. Only the separate dressing room will be locked, as well as the garage. in the garden: large trampoline, possibility of playing badminton... And the cherry on the cake is that we have a 4m high inflatable cowboy structure that you can inflate and use as you wish (no more than 150kg at a time) and (provided that it is folded and stored after use). Not to be used if it is raining. We do not charge an additional fee for the inflatable structure; in return, any damage must be covered by your liability insurance. Access possible to the large 350 m² shed with an equipped kitchen. Other things to note We have 3 sterilized female cats, of which only one, "Rina", the black one, recently adopted from the SPA, never goes outside. So she has a litter box next to the patio door. If you have to be away, it is important that you can come back every 2 or 3 days to open the shutters for her and let her see what's going on. She is very shy and does not approach humans easily. Pompidou (white female cat) and Chafeu (tortoiseshell female cat) are more sociable and relieve themselves outside, but they regularly come back inside to eat from the kibble and water dispenser. No pets allowed so as not to frighten our 3 female cats. You must provide YOUR own sheets and towels. Rockfill work under the pool in progress (started June 22, will end around July 26). A slab will be made after the summer. The pool is accessible, but the visual appearance is a little less attractive than usual.
