Private entrance to a brick row home built in 1895, blending character with modern updates. Located just 10-minute walk from Main St and Hotel B, and only minutes away from Lehigh and Moravian Universities, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, Casino, IronPigs baseball, Dorney Park, and LVIA (Airport). The Christmas City offers something memorable for everyone. The space A charming rowhome, thoughtfully decorated to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, providing the comfort and familiarity of home instead of a hotel. Features include - Two bedrooms and one bathroom. - Living room, dining room, and kitchen on the first level. The kitchen is equipped with various staples and condiments including a Keurig coffee maker, K-cups, a selection of tea bags and more. - Two bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower/tub combination on the second floor. - Washer and dryer located in the basement. For stays greater than 3 days, the washer/dryer are made available if guest requests. - A small backyard with table, chairs, and grill. -Three TVs in house. - Extra blankets provided in each room. Guest access 1st floor and 2nd. floor, front porch and back yard. Guest will have access to basement for washer/dryer by request only. The house is not shared by other occupants. Other things to note Bathroom is on the second floor. If you are flying into the ABE airport and need transportation to the house, I may be able to accommodate with advance notice.
