The sleeping area: The house has 3 spacious bedrooms configured to comfortably accommodate 8 people. The bedding has been carefully chosen to ensure your rest after a day of walking. Living rooms: Kitchen: Independent and fully equipped (Senseo coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, complete utensils), ideal for preparing good meals with local products. Living room: A rustic and authentic decor with exposed stones for your evenings with family or friends. The outdoors (The real highlight): You enjoy a rare configuration with two spaces: Privacy: A private independent courtyard just for you, perfect for a quiet coffee or a moment of reading. Leisure side: A large common courtyard in front of the house. This is the "fun" space where you will find the barbecue for your grilling, the ping pong table and the badminton kit. Specific Facilities: Cyclists welcome: A secure room is available to store your bikes. Accessibility: Vincelles train station is only a 15-minute walk away, allowing a car-free stay from Paris or Dijon. Guest access The entire accommodation (ground floor and first floor) is reserved for you for a stay in complete autonomy. Logistics and Parking: Vehicles: For your comfort and to preserve the charm of the courtyard, we recommend parking (easy and free) along the outside of the accommodation. Access to the courtyard is still possible for unloading your luggage. Bicycles: A secure common barn is available to safely store your bicycles or hiking equipment.
