Welcome to our home in our carefully renovated turn-of-the-century villa in central Alingsås. Here you live with only a few hundred meters to both the swimming area and shopping and the city center. Only a 10-minute walk to the train station with trains to Gothenburg (30-40 minutes train time). Double living rooms, large social areas and dining tables for 12. In addition to the house, there is also the possibility to rent a fully equipped spa area, with a hot tub and wood-fired sauna. Price based on length of stay The space The house has a total of 5 bedrooms with the following bed sizes; 240 cm 140 cm 140 cm 180 cm 105 cm + a single inflatable mattress Sheets and towels are included for all guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house with some smaller areas locked such as pantry, storage under stairs, etc. Please note that there is no possibility to hang clothes in wardrobes, etc. except for wardrobes for outerwear in the hall at the entrance. Spa bath As stated in the ad, you can use the hot tub and spa area for a fee. Due to electricity prices, we only turn on the heat if you are interested in using it. In such cases, please let us know and we will make sure that everything is heated and ready. Payment as agreed via Airbnb; Spa bath SEK 1000 for 0-3 days. SEK 1,500 for 4+ days. Sauna and Spa Department SEK 1,300 for 0-3 days. SEK 1,700 for 4+ days. The price is based on length of stay and you cannot add for fewer days. For all use of the Spa bath, you should shower beforehand and wash thoroughly, WITHOUT swimwear. After each use of the bath, you should pour in 1-2 buckets of chlorine and start the spa bubbles. Other things to note Age limit The booking guest must be at least 28 years of age. Check-out Upon departure, the guest must wash the dishes and throw away the garbage, empty the refrigerator of private goods and leave used towels and sheets in the laundry room.
