This cozy apartment is located in the heart of Seoul. The nature of Namsan (mountain) is just 10min away by foot, all while being in walking distance of Itaewon mainstreet, Kyeongridan street, Haebangchon (HBC) road. Most popular tourist destinations are also reachable within 10-20min via public bus. (ex: Namdaemun: 3.5km, Myeongdong: 3.5km, Kyeongbokkung: 4.5km) The space The apartment is in a half basement floor of a 3 stories building. Despite being half basement, as an independently separate apartment, it gets a good amount of sunlight, and is extremely quiet and relaxing. Rooftop is also available (until 10PM), where you get a fantastic view to Yongsan/Kyeongridan area, as well as Namsan and the famous Namsan tower.
