The space The private parking directs to the entrance level with an open-concept floor plan hosting the living area, dining room, ample kitchen and powder rooms, all leading out to the sprawling ocean view terrace with swimming pool. The staircase below the swimming pool leads to the professionally equipped, air-conditioned gym with a 65” TV. The upper level encompasses the three, private, air-conditioned, en suite bedrooms, two hosting king beds and one hosting two queen beds. The principal suite with king bed is separated by the atrium for total privacy. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire villa, excluding locked storage areas.
