Step out the front door and walk just minutes to the park, or have your pick of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Less than a mile walk to Wicker Park/Bucktown, and public transportation is readily accessible, off the Blue Line and the 66/9 bus lines. Condo was fully rebuilt in 2019 and is beautiful, We look forward to hosting you! The space This Chicago walk-up was completely rebuilt in 2019 and completed with top of the line appliances and finishes! Our unit is the middle unit. Our open living space area with a kitchen island makes cooking and entertaining a blast! The front of our condo is West Elm/Pottery Barn inspired, and you are sure to love the bamboo and quartz finishes in the kitchen! 2 patios, one in front where the grill is and one in back. Both feature a set of patio furniture with seating for 2-3 people. Home is keyless entry, so you will have a seamless time getting in and out and don't have to worry about keys! Ample free street parking as well. If desired, we can discuss renting a covered space in our carport (must be no larger than a crossover SUV). Nordic Track Bike* Dumbbells* Bench* Closet with built ins *if plan is to use this bedroom, let us know if you’d like the gym equipment so we can move to bedroom #2. This will give the guest staying here more space! Guest Bedroom 2 Air mattress 46" smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu Note: Recliner loveseat in picture will not be there during your stay Closet with built ins Guest Bath Rain shower head shower + bath tub Single vanity Towel hooks High end modern finishes Our house will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. If you would like the home cleaned during your stay, we can arrange for our house cleaner come at your expense of $100/cleaning. Pets are negotiable as long as they are well trained and house broken, we will need to discuss a pet fee/deposit determined upon length of stay, animal size(s), type of animal. Our street is very kid friendly, and we even have neighbors downstairs with two toddlers. We also have a doggie gate so our pup stays in the front with us, which may be helpful for those traveling with small children. However, no other measures to childproof have been taken. For those planning to work remotely - we have a mesh WiFi set up and therefore experience minimal to no connectivity issues! House also has Alexa / Google home in the living space, and Alexa in the bedroom. If desired, we can remove these from the unit. You and your family will be more than comfortable in our condo and we have a fully stocked kitchen so you will be able to cook whatever you desire! Guest access You will have access to the entire unit. Depending on our storage needs, we may block a closet but will let you know at time of booking. Other things to note Smoking is only allowed on the patios and not inside the house. This is our primary residence and we can’t wait to share with you! We just hope you treat our home like you would your own. If you bring a pet, you will be responsible for any damage caused. Otherwise our neighborhood is incredibly dog friendly and the park across the street is always filled with dogs.
