The apartment is in the center in a late 19th century building. It can be reached in 10 minutes on foot from Porta Nuova station and the nearest metro station (you can get to Lingotto in 20 minutes). Below the house there are stops for public transport (Inalpi Arena in 15 min). Also convenient for the Mauriziano Hospital and the Polytechnic (10-minute walk). The arcades will allow you to walk from the house to Piazza Vittorio even in case of rain without having to open an umbrella! The space The apartment, completely renovated, offers a large and bright corner double bedroom with four windows and original parquet flooring from the late 19th century, a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two people, a laundry/storage room and a full bathroom with shower. To get from the bedroom to the bathroom, you go through the living room. You will find a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, TV, WiFi, bed linens, towels and kitchen linens. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests' use. Other things to note If there are two of you and you want to sleep in separate beds, you must pay an extra €10/night directly on site. Upon your arrival, we will ask you for your documents in order to send your personal data to the Turin Police Headquarters and we will ask you to sign the tourist rental agreement as required by law (ref. Civil Code Articles 1571 et seq. and Law on the rental of urban properties (Law No. 392/78), as amended by the Tourism Code (Legislative Decree No. 79/2001)). The bedroom windows are new and equipped with triple soundproof glass, but since the house is in a central area very well served by public transport, at certain times you may hear noise from the street.
