Located in Vivonne in the heart of a charming and very attractive village, offering many activities: water jump, park, river, canoe kayak base, all shops, market on Saturday morning, municipal swimming pool, many walks by the water and in the woods. Located 20 minutes from Poitiers city center, Monkey Valley 20 km, Futuroscope 28 km. The space The house has on the ground floor a bedroom with double bed, a master suite with dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Separate toilet. A spacious open living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room overlooking a large wooden terrace with saltwater pool. Upstairs: A large landing with a TV area and a 120 cm sofa bed for 2 children only because it is quite firm and is not suitable for adults. But also a play area. A bedroom with a double bed. A second bedroom with single bed. A double vanity bathroom and a separate toilet. Possibility on request to make a folding crib available for your baby. Beds will be prepared before your arrival. Exterior: Large wooden terrace with garden furniture for 8 people, access to the 5.60 x 3.50 saltwater wooden pool. Guest access We'll welcome you based on your arrival time. Possibility to park 2 cars inside the courtyard safely. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED! You will need to bring your pool towels. CAUTION Our house was not designed for young infants, it can obviously accommodate them while remaining vigilant. There are many steps on the terrace giving access to the pool which is not secure. With your full attention, toddlers can have a pleasant stay. The house is for 8 people in total: 6 adults maximum to stay comfortably!!!
