This must be completed before the booking is formally confirmed. It’s a straightforward six-page document that mirrors the same terms and conditions as Airbnb; and all financial transactions as well as communication will remain entirely through the Airbnb platform. 📺 Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming apps are available on the TV; just log in with your own account to enjoy. 💓 This is a long-term rental, so basic household items (like toilet paper, garbage bags, and some cleaning supplies) are provided to get guests started.
