This 2 bedroom cottage is located close to Moody's Beach, Drake's Island, Wells Beach, Crescent Beach and more! Guests have a pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, gym room, and Game Room for kids on site! (Air Hockey) Ogunquit is a short drive offering a wonderful walking experience with many unique shops. Kennebunkport is also a must see area to explore during your stay. So whether you spend your time at the beach or exploring the area, this cottage offers a perfect location on your stay. The space This cottage is a simple self check in with two bedrooms that has two full size beds. The living room has a day bed and trundle bed that pulls out underneath that adds two extra mattresses to sleep on. Add that to the love seat pulled out and 4-6 adults can sleep here rather comfortably! 🛏️ (Max guest limit is 6) There is also a dedicated work space/desk in the sunroom for those wishing to work from home and plug in their Laptops. 🧑‍💻 Bed Sheets and towels are provided! but guests are encouraged to bring their own. (Bath towels are supplied but guests shall wash and dry prior to check out as to not leave dirty towels in the unit.) 🛁 The bedroom closet is where you can find extra pillows and blankets. The upgraded Minisplit AC system is brand new and located in the living room above the sliding glass sun room doors that cools the entire cottage with ceiling fans located in each bedroom, living room, kitchen, and sunroom providing for plenty of air flow. The cottage has labels and instructions to assist in functioning the home (things like the ceiling fans, light switches, Wi-Fi password, remote for the air conditioning, how to use the shower) The cottage comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook (drinking glasses, dishes,silverware pots and pans, books, games, beach accessories) All that is required is that you clean and put things back after use. (No dirty dishes left in the sink please!) Guest must bring their Trash with them to throw away at the dumpster, located just prior to exiting the condo complex gate on your right hand side. 🚮 Note:: 1-2 toilet paper rolls and 1 paper towel roll is stocked new prior to check in to accommodate your stay; any toiletries after that will be responsibility of the guest to replenish. Guest access After confirming your stay, I will provide you with the lock box code to access your key to enter and exit the cottage. On the fridge, you will notice the ‘Rules and Regulations’ sheet you must read, along with a key card pass that will allow you to gain access to all common areas of the condo association. This includes: Pool - Opens May 25th. Closes Oct 14. Gym Gameroom Tennis Courts Please do not lose this card as any lost key or card pass will result in a $25.00 replacement fee. Please be mindful of the ‘rules and regulations’ sheet provided upon check-in that state age restrictions on younger guests accessing areas without an adult present. Other things to note Pets are **not** allowed. **Smoking and vaping are **not** allowed. You will need to walk out of the resort by the road to smoke. Any Fines/Fees associated with rule violations ($50) will be passed on to the guests. By completing this booking, you are accepting this policy.
