Designed for you to chill and feel immersed in the beautiful vegetation, while watching the amazing local wildlife and birds in the immediate surrounding area! Equipped with A/C so you can be humidity free whenever you want to!! This house is located in Ecoluum, a closed community in the Tulum-Coba highway, 15 minutes from Tulum Town, and 20 from the Beautiful Caribbean Beach. The space The wide panoramic glass windows with mosquito nettings are designed for you to enjoy watching lots of species of birds, including toucans, parrots, hummingbirds, and of course the birds that give name to the house, the Mot-Mots ( there are two species here, the Turquoise-browed mot-mot and the Lesson's Mot-Mot!) in the mornings and evenings. It has a large tropical wooden deck linked to the main living room space, so you can walk in and out of the house through the super large sliding glass doors. The rooftop is a highlight if you want to take a drink in wooden bar looking almost at the canopy level. As the highway is not too far away, you can still hear some noise, but the sounds of the jungle are always there to buffer it. The Jungle is really well preserved in the area and you can even have a safe walk in the beautiful road that runs through it, and if you are lucky (normally in the evening) encounter spider monkeys, deer, ocellated turkeys or great curassows wandering around. Usually Chachalacas and Yucatan Jays will wake you up with some "Fiesta" in the mornings! Guest access All the areas and services of the house. The Road and jungle trails of Ecoluum. Other things to note As this is a Jungle House there is wildlife in the surrounding areas, birds are easily seen! ( common sightings around the house are Tourquise-browed Motmots and Toucans!! ). Mammals and reptiles require a little more patience... But you can encounter spider monkeys, for example, in the ecoluum road... There are also insects, so its advised to always keep the mosquito nettings closed. We recommend renting a car as it is not easy, but not impossible, to find a taxi from here, however, we can provide with some reliable taxi cell phone numbers (sometimes they are available, sometimes not). There is a main Ecoluum road that you can safely walk, to do some wildlife and bird watching, but we do not advice venturing into the jungle, as you may get lost.
