Country idyll near the beach in Kiel-Schilksee

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Our apartment is fully furnished for 4 people. The Baltic Sea is a 700 m walk. The Olympic harbor is 1.5 km away. Our Resthof is located in a conservation area in a cul-de-sac. Garden use is connected with respect for privacy. Smokers are kindly requested to pursue their hobby outside ;) The space The apartment is on the first floor of our Resthof, built in 1909, and was newly renovated at the end of 2022. All rooms are bright and friendly. The popular center is the spacious combined kitchen/living room. In addition, there is a large dining room and a cozy living room with sofa bed and fireplace. The bedroom and children's room are connected via a small hallway, which leads directly to the bathroom. There is also a private hallway with a wardrobe and a romantic annex with direct access to the back garden. In the hallway and kitchen, terrazzo flooring is laid. The rest of the apartment is equipped with pitch pine, so I recommend bringing slippers. Guest access Our courtyard entrance is the only access to our house. The entrance door is on the eastern side. The main entrance door is shared with us. Furthermore, the apartment has a rear entrance for your own use. There are ways to leave dirty and wet shoes in the laundry room right next door without having to go through the apartment. There is also a washing machine and a second toilet, which can also be used if necessary. I point out quite directly that this laundry room is not part of the actual rental, and has not been renovated. Our two cats live in the house and in the garden. They are very sweet and also sociable. Therefore, an animal hair allergy would be rather difficult and dogs brought along should be compatible accordingly 🐱🐱 Other things to note Our large garden is wildly romantic, surrounded by hedgerows, and adjacent to the conservation area. A private seating area with beach chair invites you to relax. Our property is not fenced. Directly adjacent is a pond, which is also not fenced.
