Relax at this peaceful, recently renovated home with original hardwood floors and front porch swing. It’s located on an acre of beautiful flowering plants and fruit trees. Our cozy cottage is only two blocks from the Apalachicola Bay and two miles from downtown Apalachicola for shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.) The space Our house is a cozy 880 square foot cottage located on a wooded lot covered in native plants, nut and fruit trees. Guest access Guest have access to entire house and front yard. Other things to note *We have a leash law in Franklin County, all dogs must be leashed. *There are security cameras outside, we do monitor the cameras for security purposes. *All dogs and service animals must be disclosed, certifications provided prior to arrival. *If dogs are brought without prior notice and approval you will be charged an additional service fee and potential penalties.
