Welcome to Casa Springs where waking up to the sounds & scene of mother nature will surprisingly fill your soul. Cozy & tucked away in a woodsy environment, this area stay has something for everyone. The first of four area springs (Blue, Poe, Ginnie) is 10 miles away. Scuba/snorkeling/kayaking/nature trails/antiquing/brewery/restaurants/ice cream shop nearby in this charming outdoorsy town. FB Fans-UF BHG Stadium is 24 miles away. Itchetucknee is 18 miles way. Smoke-free home. The space We have 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths (Bedroom #1 has 1 King bed, Bedroom #2 has 1 king bed, Bedroom #3 has 1 bunk beds, the bunk bed is 1 queen and 1 twin on top. We also have 1 couch bed in the living room that unfolds to queen bed. We do have capacity to accommodate up to 8 guests however, 6 is ideal. If you have additional guests, please let us know. **Extra cleaning fees may apply as bedding laundry time will naturally increase. Full Kitchen with pots/pans/dishes/soap/salt/pepper Dishwasher with soap Laundry Room if you need it with soap Extra linens ** If you are used to sleeping with a top sheet, this is available in the linen closet. We have 1 TV located in the home (Living Room) and 1 tv in the master room with Disney/Netflix and others. We do have wifi as well. Guest access This home sits on 1+ beautiful acre, access to back porch with french doors and front red entrance door, porch has a BBQ grilling area and closed fire. **Guests are not permitted in the following areas for various of reasons: -The 2 grey buildings (old shed, workshop) is off limits and the chicken coop, please do not climb or open it. -Any gated area or locked doors ( Please do not open/enter into any gated areas). ~Thank you for your understanding~ Other things to note No open fires allowed (we have a closed fire pit for your use). Water is well (odorless) No hunting on/near surrounding property allowed (this too might be tempting for some with all of the wildlife that will be encountered however, it is strictly forbidden for multiple reasons).
