Modern and spacious accommodation

This unit, in addition to being very well located, overlooking the Ctalamochita River and just one block from the waterfront promenade, is part of a modern and recently built building, fully equipped, on a 6th floor which makes the noise of the street sound far away. It's quiet, comfortable, and cozy. It has a balcony and a barbecue grill with an individual chimney. The space It is a comfortable and spacious apartment, with access to a hallway that leads to the kitchen and the living-dining room. There is a hallway with a door that leads to the bedrooms and bathroom area. The rooms have access to the balcony through French doors, as does the living room, which provides double circulation. Using the armchair as another bed is not permitted. Guest access The policy is that each guest can enjoy their stay and feel at home, use it and take care of it for those who will visit the place after their departure. Other things to note Unfortunately we do not have a garage, although parking for vehicles is free on both sidewalks. The area is quiet and has medium traffic, depending on the time of day. Bicycles, motorcycles and vehicles are prohibited from entering the building by internal regulations. Failure to comply is grounds for penalty.
