The Southern Belle Beach House is situated on a private ~2 acre lot directly across the street from one of the most breathtaking beaches in Exuma. The house has a reverse floor plan meaning the kitchen, living/dining and primary bedroom and bathroom are on the second level. The exterior stair case leads to 2 additional bedrooms downstairs, each with their own en-suite bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped laundry room. It’s private and secluded and ready for your family’s next vacation. This newly remodeled home on a private 2 acre lot is a wonderful vacation oasis for your friends and family. All high quality furnishings and linens from vendors such as Pottery Barn and tastefully decorated to ensure your days are filled with bright, happy thoughts. Brand new appliances, glassware, dinnerware, coffee cups, plates, bowls, serving platters, wine glasses, drinking glasses, everything is brand new in 2022. We place a high priority on quality over everything else. We want to ensure your experience is top notch and have equipped the home to deliver that. Guests will have full access to the facility during your stay. We do maintain a supply closet for some of our consumables in the house (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) but it’s not part of the main usable floor space and is accessible only via a separate lockable door and entry point. You will have the hosts direct contact information as well as the on island Property Manager. This is a private lot with the closest neighbor approximately 500 feet away. The driveway located off Moss Town (Paradise) Road is dedicated to the property, and there is ample parking provided. The beach is walking distance from the front porch of the house, approximately 60 seconds away. We provide beach tools, folding beach chairs, an ice cooler, a rubber beach bag (so you can wash out the sand), and a rugged large wheel, large capacity wagon that is designed to handle rough terrain and rolls across the sand easily. There is also a water hose with fresh water on the front porch to wash off your feet and belongings when returning from the beach. The house is 100% tile flooring as well, so if you track sand into the house, it’s easily vacuumed up. There are Dyson handheld vacuums on both floors for this purpose.
