Its 30 mins from VIR Race Track and 5 mins away from South Boston Speedway. Its also located in 30-40 mins from Duke University, Occeecheen State Park, and Avery College. This home is also pet friendly , for your furry friends. The space the home is at the end of the street in a private area. the brick house beside it is also my rental house ,it has two elderly ladies that live there that will give you no trouble at all good people. but there is a privacy fence to separate the two houses.
