Easy walk to all festivals, breweries, restaurants, and shops👍 Junies is a quality built, private 1st floor private suite located in a 2 story Inn. It has its own private entrance into the Suite offering a full tiled bath, kitchen, living room and bedroom. All nicely stocked and ready to just step in and live:)...there is also a shared laundry room off the front porch. Junies Suite also comes with its own gated, covered front porch area with seating. In the pictures, the front arched Mahogany door is the entrance to Junies Suite and the front of the carport is for Junies'. The gate is not needed other then to keep sales people from knocking on your door and some additional privacy:) Hi speed internet, expanded cable and 2 smart TVs, bedroom and living room Oak hardwood floors with travertine tile bath and porcelain tub, concrete countertops, gas range. Junies would not be considered handicap accessable but some accommodations have been made, like grab bars in the shower and toilet area. There are a few steps on a gravel walk to enter the Suite. Entire private Guest Suite with bedroom, bath, livingroom, full kitchen with gas range. Junies' also has its own gated, front porch sitting area. ....there is a shared laundry room off the other end of the front porch:) off street parking as well. Other things to note This is a first floor Suite in a very well built, foam insulated, quality 6000 sf structure . Although much work and effort went into proper soundproofing which takes care of voice sound, you will hear some noise from upstairs, thumps and bumps but it has never been an issue ( in my opinion much quieter than any of the moderate business travel hotels I have stayed at recently). The Quarterdeck is considered a quite Suite..if ever noise was an issue we will make it right:) The Gadabout is advertised and promoted as an adult only, quiet and peaceful Inn. To date excessive noise has not been a problem over the last 6+ years, but you will hear some. We have enjoyed a very nice clientele since opening and are very grateful to the many, mostly extended stay, guests that Have stayed over the years:) Between stays we wash not just the towels and bedding but also comforters, mattress covers and throw blankets each and every time. COVID....We use  commercial steam cleaners for all floors and wipe down surfaces with approved CDC disinfectants. These cleaners are also stocked in suite and available for guests. These high standard cleaning steps have always been in practice as standard room cleaning and disinfecting at The Gadabout. We also periodically use ozone generators to sanitize Suites. Now back to what you would have been reading if Covid was never here:)
