Cozy Double Bedroom

My house is just around the corner from bustling Tolworth Broadway with it's shops and restaurants. It has great transport links including central London (20 mins Waterloo). It is in a busy location but is very quiet and comfortable inside. This room is well equipped with quality bedding and towels and has a partial garden view. There is a large well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and there are two baths and showers one being a huge walk-in rain shower. The space The property is a large semi-detached family house typical for the London Suburbs. It has a large kitchen with dining area, a laundry room and a downstairs bathroom and hallway on the downstairs part of the house with an additional private family area and a shared back garden with patio and dining table, chairs and BBQ. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms off the hallway and a large bathroom with walk in shower and double ended bath which is shared. Guest access Your bedroom is upstairs and you have use of the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, kitchen with eating area and utility/laundry room as well as back garden. Other areas which are shut rooms are private areas for either my family or other guests. During your stay I am away a lot with work. When I am not there or you are out and about I keep in touch by email and you also have my phone number for any urgent situations. My son Daniel lives in the house and takes care of things whilst I am away. He will introduce himself to you when he sees you. When I am there I will see you around the house to talk with you. Other things to note Parking is free in surrounding back-streets and metered in the Broadway and carparks. You can park in a red box outside the house for an hour except during rush hour which is also free and if you have requested it before your stay you may park on the driveway which is also free. This must be prearranged because it may already be full otherwise. Please note I cannot take vans and extra large vehicles which will need to be parked in the surrounding back streets. The end of Princess Avenue is the best place for this as you can just walk round the corner to my house.
