Sunset, Beach, Amazing View - Boat Slip Available

Welcome to our vacation condo located at The Ledges in the heart of Osage Beach at Mile Marker 20 on the lake. Newly renovated, the condo will sleep up to 8 with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Grab a Cup of Joe from the coffee bar or your favorite drink and enjoy the amazing views from the deck. Deck has a lounge area as well as a table for congregating. Also included is an electric grill (Osage Beach doesn't allow any open flame grills) Onsite there are 2 pools and private beach lake access. The space The master bedroom has a king size bed with windows that look our over the lake. Master bath has double sinks with a shower/tub. Front bedroom has a queen size bed. Bedroom off the kitchen has a queen size bunk bed. The second bathroom is off the kitchen/bunk room with a single sink and tub/shower. Guest access Guests will be able to access the full condo living facility except for pantry closet and a tote in the master bedroom closest. Other things to note Beach towels are provided for guests to use. 12x30 boat slip available. Please check availability to ensure it can be rented during your stay. Minimum age to rent the condo is 35. Grill on deck is electric as Osage Beach does not allow open flame grills.
