New house right next to beach

The ideal setting for a fantastic family holiday in scenic Haverdal. The house has an amazing view over Haverdal beach, the sea and the protected nature area. At the end of the garden a private gate leads to the beach medow, where a small path takes you directly to the beach. The house is made for families who enjoy a beautiful setting to do many different social activities e.g. games /garden games, the trampoline, walking to and from the beach or just relaxing on the terrasse. The space The house has two floors. You enter the house on the ground floor, and to the left of the hall-area you find a large kitchen/living room, a dining table extendable to seat 12 people, a couch, two armchairs and a television with free access to Netflix, Viaplay and Rakuten tv. To the left of the entrance there is a playroom for the kids with hammocks and lots of toys such as lego, train tracks, games and ball tracks. Here you also find two bathrooms; one with a shower and a toilet and one only with toilet. Finally downstairs you find the masterbedroom with a double bed and several cupboards, and a kidsroom also with some cupboards and spacious drawers and with two regular beds and two beds that can be pulled out from underneath the others. On the first floor You find two guest rooms with a few shelves (Not for sitting - only clothes!) One has a doublebed and the other a double bed and a queensize bed. Further on the first floor there is a bathroom with a toilet, and another with a shower and a small tub. Outside there is a large terrace, with an extendable table (find extra inlay plates in the shed), an outdoors sofa, fire pit, swings and rings, hammocks, and an out door shower. In the garden there is a trampoline, a home made sandbox, various garden games as well as sand and garden tools, an electrical tractor for kids and two supboards free to use. We also have 2 adult bike-s and two kid bikes. The house can contain up to 12 people, we recommend 10. Guest access the whole house Other things to note Also please be aware that we live close to our neighbur, a very very friendly older gentleman. We have no fences between our two gardens but stay on our own sides, eventhough his grandkids sometimes use the trampoline if they visit. Due to the closeness of the two houses (his red house is seen through the windows at some of the pictures), it is important to have good neighbourliness and show considerate and respectful behavior including no loud music in the evenings.
