Perfect for those who love spacious, independent living areas. The space The apartment features 2 spacious bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The other has two double beds. The expansive living and dining area is filled with natural light and provides direct access to a terrace where you can enjoy a nice family breakfast before heading down to the beach. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped. There's an additional full bathroom, making it a total of 2 bathrooms. Additionally, there is a sofa bed available. Guest access - The complex offers private access to the beach. The price includes beach service with loungers. (You will also find a beach umbrella available in the unit.) - The communal pool, located outdoors, is heated and is accompanied by an extensive solarium furnished with loungers and umbrellas. - Guests are welcome to use the Gym, which is freely accessible. - Shared laundry facilities are available on-site, situated on the floor and incurring an extra cost. The card can be reloaded at the ATM-style machine located at the back of the building's entrance lobby.
