The space The house is surrounded by a small, quiet private garden with garden furniture. The living space is very bright with a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining room overlooking the garden. On the night side, you will have 3 beds: On the ground floor: - A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) and a desk area. - A separate bathroom is present on this level. Upstairs: - A bright bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 190). - A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190). - A second bathroom completes this level. On the garden side, a terrace allows you to eat or relax in the sun. Linens are provided (sheets, duvets, pillows, bed linen, bath towels, tea towels...) and basic necessities and household products are available (tea, coffee, herbal teas, sugar, oil, vinegar). Check-in is self-service (key box) and is from 4 p.m. and check-out is before 10 a.m. The house has two private parking places. Parking is also available on the street for free. The location is ideal for discovering Nantes and its surroundings. Public transport, located a 3-minute walk from the house, takes you to the heart of the City of the Dukes in 45 minutes.
