Should you plan to work from Miami Platja, we can guarantee lightning-fast glass fiber internet (300Mbps) and a dedicated workspace - as well as sunblinds and a ventilator to keep you cool. Moreover, the apartment comes with private parking and a stunning balcony that invites you to experience a breathtaking sunrise in the morning and observe a spectacular full-moon at night. Finally, the shared garden makes for perfect pool days - whether you enjoy a book under the olive trees or take a refreshing dip in our 2,5m deep pool, equipped with a counter-current system. Other things to note Our tourist license, as mandated by law, limits us to hosting a maximum of 3 guests in the apartment. Please be aware that there is a 10 euro per night surcharge for the third guest. For a smooth check-in experience, kindly provide the full names of all guests staying at our apartment when you book, or at the latest, five days before your arrival. In line with state regulations, we request that each guest submits a copy of their Passport or ID upon check-in. To ensure everyone’s comfort and compliance, inviting unregistered guests or not adhering to the rules will result in extra fees and/or cancellation of your stay.
