Perfectly located for beach lovers, surfers, friends & families there is ocean view, dipping pool and beautiful tropical garden. The house is walled and gated for good security and conveniently located just down the road from our fav local cafe Cafe Dans. Equipped with starlink and fibre optic wi-fi. Rented as a whole house Casa Dos Palmas are three independent apartments, a two bedroom for 4 persons on the ground floor, a one bedroom for 2-3 persons on the 2nd floor, and a one bedroom apartment for 1-2 persons on the 3rd floor. Combined there are 4 bedrooms to comfortably sleep 9 persons, connected by an external staircase. It is important to mention here CASA DOS PALMAS IS NOT A HOTEL, there is no 24hr front desk. Cleaning services are offered for bookings of 4 nights or more, 2 weekly cleaning services are provided for longer term rentals. Routine garden and pool maintenance included. Our staff work between our houses 9am - 2pm monday to saturday. For after hours property issues our house manager is available. Colonia Santa Maria is a popular residential neighborhood in Playa Zicatela with a big community of locals, families, visitors and surfers. For ease just along the road there's an excellent day cafe (Cafe Dans), a small tienda where you can buy most basic goods, around the corner a yoga/pilates and massage centre, a gym, and now the new mercado a short 7 minute walk away. For surfers the famous breaks Farbar and Mexpipe are located almost directly out front of the house, and for walkers there is the beautiful beach walk to the south end of the beach of La Punta (and back!). We are a few minutes walking to the beach and Playa Zicatela tourist area. Taxi's if needed can be found at all hours circulating nearby (if not directly outside the house) on Calle Jacarandas, Brisas de Zicatela, on the beach road Calle Del Morro and also on the highway. - NO VISITORS. For reasons of security we do not accept visitors. The house, grounds and pool are for use of Casa Dos Palmas clients only. - NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE. We do not permit parties or events and noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. - PET FRIENDLY. We are pet friendly but all pets must be declared on the reservation. Also to be noted - LAUNDRY MACHINES mentioned in the listing ARE FOR STAFF USE ONLY. Personal laundry service is available for a small fee during housekeeping hours. - Fresh clean beach towels can be rented for a small non refundable fee (limited supply) during housekeeping hours. - Each apartment is equipped with a safe. Please feel free to bring your own medium size padlock. IMPORTANT We live in the beauty of the naturaleza and the tropics here in Puerto Escondido, please remember to research the area well before reserving as we can not be responsible for inconveniences due to circumstances out of our control.
