The space Neighborhood surrounded by famous Northdale Golf & Tennis club. 18-hole, par-72 award-winning golf course designed by renowned architect Ron Garl. 9 lighted tennis clay courts, with adult lessons available. Nearby Northdale Lake Park trail. Many stores and restaurants are conveniently located within a 2-mile radius. Guest access Heated pool (additional cost) and above ground spa (included with stay) Pool is serviced on Tues and Fridays, please leave screen door unlocked. Other things to note Sleeper sofa accommodates 2 additional guests. We do not allow parties or events at the home. No music or loud noises outside after 10pm. Grill is available to use, propane and cleaning are guest responsibility. ALL guests must be included in the guest count, including visitors. Pool runs from 9am-10pm. The pool heater is electric and will not run under 50 degree weather.
