The space The Black Diamond Lodge is located 12 minutes northwest of the town of Golden in beautiful Blaeberry Valley. It is situated on a 5 acre property with amazing mountain views from the hot tub or inside the lodge. Black Diamond Lodge has two, 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom units. Rent the upstairs Burke Suite (on AirBnB), the downstairs JP Suite (this listing) or the entire 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2 kitchen lodge (on Airbnb). The downstairs JP Suite is almost identical, featuring all the same amenities, 8' ceilings and a 55" TV. The upstairs Burke Suite has 2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with heated floors, 1 large walk-in closet, laundry, large kitchen/great room with 8 person dining table, 4 person breakfast bar, beautiful rustic furniture, 65" TV, and soaring 14' ceilings and immense floor to ceiling windows looking out at the mountains. Each kitchen is well equipped for all your needs to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. For your convenience, laundry detergent, hand soap, toilet paper and paper towel will be provided. The JP suite features a beautiful concrete patio with BBQ and dining area on the south end and a 6 person hot tub on the north end. The hot tub is next to the parking on the side of the building, however there is a recently built planter for increased privacy. Outside, the Burke suite features a large deck running the length of the lodge including a 6 person hot tub at the south end and BBQ and outdoor dining area on the north side. For summer enjoyment, there is a large deck/pergola in the front yard for more lounging, relaxing and stargazing opportunities. This unique property is heated by renewable GEOTHERMAL ENERGY. Guest access The entire 2 bedroom unit, hot tub, patio, front yard with fire pit and large pergola. Wander around our entire 5 acre property as well.
