The house is located 10 minutes from Bourg Saint Maurice, in a hamlet of 17 people. It is composed of 1 living room/kitchen (oven, Thermomix, coffee bean machine...); the bay windows give access to 1 south-facing terrace (incredible view), toilet and laundry room. Access to the mezzanine with 1 sofa bed 140 X 190 (low ceiling). N-1, shower room, toilet, 3 bedrooms including 2 double beds (140 X 190 & 180 x 200) & 1 children's bedroom with 1 single bed (new bedding). 1100 m² garden with summer kitchen & barbecue. The space In the heart of a small hamlet, we welcome you to our little slice of heaven. Our semi-detached house is located 10 minutes by car on the heights of Bourg Saint Maurice. The road may seem winding when you don't know it, but you get used to it very quickly. You will access our stone and wood property through a small wooden gate. After the 4 wooden steps of the entrance, you will access a large living/kitchen area (which has a large countertop, stove, oven, microwave, thermomix, bean coffee machine and wine cellar) this space is very bright thanks to the bay windows with an incredible panorama of the mountains. Guests can have breakfast on the south-facing terrace and relax on the sofas. On this same floor, you will find a toilet, a laundry room with fridge, freezer and washing machine. You will access via a wooden miller ladder (a little steep) to a mezzanine where there is a very comfortable sofa bed (140 X 190). There are no shutters on this floor, you will be awakened by the sunrise. In the basement you will find a toilet, 3 bedrooms, 1 of which gives access to the outside, in the hamlet. 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 X 190 and 180 x 200) and a children's bedroom with a single bed. All bedding is new. On the same floor, a bathroom with views of nature. The accommodation is located 10 minutes by car from the funicular giving access to the Les Arcs resort to enjoy our beautiful mountains for hiking and board sports. Other resorts such as La Plagne, Sainte Foy, Tignes and Val d'Isère are also nearby. The 1100 m2 garden is composed of a summer kitchen with bar, barbecue and a large dining table. Surrounded by nature, the surroundings have a lot to offer if you love nature and skiing. It is not uncommon to see families of deer, foxes or rabbits in the garden. What you will like is the living room with this incredible view and our summer kitchen where you will let yourself live through BBQs and birdsong. We made the choice not to have a TV to enjoy every moment with our children and friends. A wide range of board games are available for your use. If you ever need to connect, Wi-Fi will allow you to connect your computers to the rest of the world. We also have underfloor heating for colder evenings. Sheets, towels, tea towels... are included as well as everything you need for everyday use (coffee, household products...) Guest access Please note that the mezzanine staircase is steep and not suitable for young children or the elderly. We apologize but this is due to the age and configuration of the house. Other things to note Parking will be at the top of the hamlet with access to a parking lot. In winter the road is always cleared of snow but depending on the intensity of the snowfall the parking lot can sometimes be snowy, it is recommended to bring chains or snow tires.
