Scotia Shores Retreat sits high above the tree line with breath-taking ocean views on 3 sides. Enjoy sunrise and sunset from the large deck, which includes a private hot tub, or from the open concept, luxurious living areas. The top floor features an open concept design with cathedral ceilings and there are 3 bedrooms on the bottom floor, all with stunning ocean views. Guests have full complementary access to all White Point Beach Resort amenities including pools, paddling and activities. Guest access Our home is located in White Point Estates which is within walking distance to White Point Beach Resort via the Nature trail. Guests have full access to the resort facilities including heated pool, sauna, golf course, boat house with complementary kayaks and paddle boards, pickle ball court, and kids room. Nightly live music can be enjoyed from the resort's Founder's Lounge. Other things to note The home features 3 bedrooms with beds for 7 people. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third contains a set of bunk beds and a single bed. There is a cot available for an 8th person, if needed. Our private hot tub is open year-round, but there are rare occasions when it can malfunction. We will work hard to fix this problem, but cannot guarantee its use for every stay.
