Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located all private studio (PRIVATE contact less ENTRY) Located in beautiful neighborhood of Rancho Vista in Palmdale, the “Aerospace capital of America”. An all PRIVATE room, bathroom, AND entrance in this Desert Oasis with pristine views of the valley, offering CRYSTAL CLEAR stargazing nights. PRIVATE access to outdoor space with dining and fire pit. Close to Edwards AF Base, AV Calif. Poppy Reserve, and more! “NO SMOKING”-property and studio” The space Your very own studio with en-suite bathroom, a closet and a private/ separate entrance. You have access to the studio from the back entrance door leading through your bathroom(please know in advance that you enter studio thru the bathroom, if that is an issue do not book this studio). You have a window in your room with black out and sheer drapes for those who like a little sunlight. There is a small dining table with two chairs, a small desk and office chair, and a linen closet space. There are two windows that can be opened for fresh air, one in the room and one in the bathroom on the door. There is a new digital remote control mini-split a/c and heater system, and a fan. Guest access The entire back patio is available for you to enjoy. There you will find a covered area with propane fire table, wrought iron dining set, and small bbq grill for your use. You will have the entire back outdoor patio to yourself, unless I am also home and have guests(rare). Other things to note When arriving to the property, you can park on the street in front of the house or nearby (ample street parking) and you will enter to left of the garage. The iron gate opens from the latch on the inside so you will have to reach your hand over the top to unlatch the gate. You will enter thru the iron gate and can enter your room through the back of the property where there will be a white door with a keypad entry. Also please note that this is NOT a party place to play loud music past quiet hours of 11pm-8am. With prior approval from host, you may have a few guests visit during your stay on the outdoor patio ONLY (from 8:00 am- 11:00 pm). Only registered guests are allowed in the room, and any host approved guests’ visitors are limited to visit outside back patio and use studio bathroom only. Absolutely “NO SMOKING” on the property/studio.
