12 Guests, Pool Table, Arcades & Massive Backyard!

Welcome to the DAWGHouse Family Retreat! This cozy and stylish place to stay is perfect for family/friends group trips. The house is easy to find, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It has a spacious game room w/ 2 different arcade games and a pool table. Has 2 kings, 2 queens, and 2 full with every bedroom having a it’s own TV! This resort style house is close to GA's famous attractions. Will give my suggestions once booked! The space Walking in, you will be greeted with our spacious and beautiful living room and arcade room, designed for you thoroughly to enjoy with friends and family, with a minor touch for UGA fans, (hehe). To the left you'll have a full kitchen with coffee bar and dining room. Upstairs, we have two rooms with king beds with TV and everything you need. Downstairs we have two different rooms, one with 2 full beds and the other with 2 queen beds. Guest access We will send information on accessing your space about three days before you check-in. It will be a self check-in and out system. For early check-ins, please don't hesitate to message me and I will be able to let you know. Other things to note House Rules: 1. Smoking and drug use inside the home is prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of up to $1000 if discovered. 2. Parties are not allowed at the Airbnb. If a party is discovered or a neighbor complains about excessive noise you will be removed from the property without refund and potentially be charged an extra cleaning fee. 3. There is a $50 fee per person per night for undeclared guests over the capacity on the listing. 4. There are security cameras facing the entrance and driveway. Blocking or disconnecting these devices will lead to immediate termination of your stay without refund. 5. Early check-in must be requested at the time of booking and is subject to availability. The fee is $20 to check in at 3PM. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time. 6. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout and is $20 to check out at 11AM. Any later and an additional night will be charged. 7. When you book with us, you are agreeing to let maintenance access the premises if we are notified about anything that is not working properly. 8. Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail cost through the Airbnb portal as part of our process. 9. Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM 10. No pets allowed. If pets are discovered you will be charged $100 cleaning fee on top of the regular cleaning fee. 11. Pool table to for playing pool. NOT for drinks. Any spilled drinks on the table will result in a fine of up to $600.
