Let your imagination wander as you weave together cosy, candlelit corners or build a vibrant festival dreamscape that stirs the senses. Drift toward soft, bohemian touches or lean into something bold and breathtaking — the space responds to your energy. All of this unfolds across a beautiful 2-acre field, yours to create with as you wish. ⸻ 🏕 Accommodation & Sleeping Arrangements Our four spacious 6-metre canvas tents are styled simply with soft textures and warm lighting, for a relaxed festival feel. Each tent includes: • 3 double beds with cosy furnishings • Electrical points (240v plugs & USBs) • Soft lighting, fairy lights & rugs Across all four tents, that’s 10 double beds. If guests don’t want to share, just let us know — we can also add up to 8 single mattresses (£10 each). ⸻ 🔥 Outdoor & Social Spaces Gather, feast, celebrate, or lounge — this space is designed for long, enjoyable days and slow, glowing nights. You’ll find: • A large covered dining & chill-out area • Feasting tables perfect for group meals • A sofa seating area for relaxing and unwinding • A fully stocked outdoor kitchen with: – Five-ring gas hob – Microwave – Pizza oven – One large fridge-freezer – Two small fridges And when evening settles in, the fire pit becomes the heart of the meadow — the perfect place for stories, music, and stargazing. ⸻ 🌙✨ Create Your Own Magical World We offer a treasure trove of décor for you to play with: delicate bunting, twinkling lights, rustic accents, and dramatic XL festival flags that dance in the breeze. Create something intimate, wild, or wonderfully in-between — all we ask is that everything is treated tenderly and returned after your celebration. Guest access You have sole access to the site from Friday afternoon until monday afternoon. There is parking on site for up to 10 cars, more on request. Other things to note We are located close to stansted airport, we are happy to arrange airport collection/drop off if you arrive by public transport. You can hear some noises from the airport however they are not meant to fly between 11pm-6am. You can arrange for a supermarket delivery to the field. Dogs are welcome, we encourage dogs to be kept on leads as there is livestock close by. Each photo is representative of the facilities available. Each tent varies slightly. The site is located on a slight slope. We are happy for you to erect your own structures to the site, we charge an excess for these, please contact us to discuss further. Please be aware in very bad weather (winds over 60mph) we may close the site due to safety reasons and a 50% refund will be given. If you choose to not arrive at the site due to bad a 50% refund will be given. If you arrive at the site and decide to leave due to bad weather (unless the site is closed by us) no refund will be provided We add a surcharge for weddings, please contact us to discuss further.
