Welcome to our cozy retreat space in Rogers, AR. Our guesthouse offers a relaxing, peaceful and private environment. You have the entire suite to yourself with a secluded patio and entrance. You're outside city limits but not far from all the great activities and restaurants NWA has to offer. Nestled in the hills of Monte Ne, you're a stones throw away from Beaver Lake and 10 minutes from historic Downtown Rogers. *No Pets The space This one-bedroom suite is our guesthouse attached to a metal garage. You have a private entrance and complete autonomy while staying with us. The space is an open concept one-bedroom suite with a luxurious king bed, spacious bathroom and cozy living room. The outdoor patio space is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee and includes an outdoor grill if you like to BBQ in the evening. Distance to popular destination spots: Univ. of Arkansas = 22 miles, 45 min. Crystal Bridges, Bentonville = 9 miles, 25 min. NWA Airport = 13 miles, 40 min. Eureka Springs = 37 miles, 60 min * There is one security camera above the parking area. * If unauthorized pets brought onto property, a $250 pet fee will be issued. * This is a wooded retreat which means you may see the occasional bug or annoying insect. We do our best to keep bugs out of the area but it is impossible to do this 100% of the time. * All the homes in this area are on well water supplied from Beaver Lake. This well water contains a lot of sulfur and can cause an unpleasant odor from time to time (especially when it rains ). However, this is not harmful to you. We do filter the water had have a deodorizer system in place. Guest access You'll have access to the entire space during your stay. Please do not try to open any locked doors on the building and only use the door with the keypad. Other things to note Please do not wonder around the property or explore the wooded area. We have neighbors and although you can't see them, we want to protect their privacy. There is one security camera on the property located above the parking area of the AirBnB.
