Ideally located between the city (3 min by car) and the sea (10 min), the Moulin de Gruel welcomes you to one of its rooms on the banks of the Soulles. Rocked by the river that surrounds the house and its wooded garden, you will enjoy a peaceful and oh so bucolic setting! All 3 minutes from the center of Coutances (25-minute walk), its cathedral, its shops but also the beaches of Hauteville/Coutainville. Via the towpath, immediate access to the mills circuit! 🐱 on site The space The Gruel mill is located in a nice green area with typical stone buildings, all along the river and towpath: just a few minutes from Coutances, the setting is impressive! Guest access Guests have access to all common areas of the mill: large living room/office - dining room, terrace & garden, spacious box that can accommodate bicycles and/or motorcycles, private parking. The bathroom is shared with myself. 2 toilets (ground floor + 1st floor). During your stay Discreet but sociable, I am always available to communicate good plans and information about the walks and restaurants around! Other things to note On site, coffee and tea are freely accessible (no extra charge). Several cats live on site 🐱
