Wimbledon Tennis Let with Garden and Parking Space

Perfect for a trip to London, or to watch/work at Wimbledon! A modern 2 bed house in a family friendly neighbourhood a 20 minute walk from Wimbledon Tennis Club. Located in a quiet and friendly courtyard off the road, with a designated parking spot (for 1 car) and a spacious, sunny garden. The space There are 2 spacious bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a super king sized bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has a king sized bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. There are 2 work spaces to use in the house, one in the second bedroom and one in the lounge. The upstairs bathroom has a bath/shower with excellent water pressure. Downstairs there is one restroom with hooks for coats, a utility cupboard (washer/dryer, coat and shoe storage), a kitchen with all amenities you will need including a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, blender and air fryer. In the lounge there is a 6 person dining table, a desk, plenty of seating space (I am expecting a brand new, electric reclining sofa in the next few weeks) as well as a TV with an Amazon Firestick and a Chromecast. Outside you will find a large decking area with seating for up to 8 people around a rustic wood burning fire pit. There is an outside bar on the wall and a large (4 burner) gas BBQ. With the overhead lights this is the perfect place to entertain or relax after a great day at the tennis or enjoying everything London has to offer. Guest access The house is located off the road in a private courtyard, you will find a designated parking spot for one car with easy, step-free access to the front door.
