Guest access The guests have access to the common pool! Other things to note HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES: At Casa Viva, the housekeeping team cleans the property once a day between 10 am to 5 pm. Fresh towels and linen are included in your stay. To preserve water, we will change the towels and linen every 3 days upon request! GROCERIES: Swiggy Instamart is operational in the area, and you can get groceries delivered to the apartment. The closest market to buy groceries is Verem, a 3 min walk from the apartment complex. For a larger supermarket, head to Newtons or Delfinos, a 6-10 min drive. CHECK-OUT & CHECK-IN: Upon arrival, we require a copy of your government-approved ID card. Foreign nationals must provide a copy of their passport and visa. Late check-out & early check-in is chargeable and will depend on the availability of the apartment at the time. You can message us two days in advance, and we will be able to tell you whether the same is possible or not! LAUNDRY: The apartment comes with a washing machine. If you do not wish to wash your laundry, we can provide you with a contact of a laundry service, and you shall bear the charges of the same. MONTHLY STAYS: We offer discounts for month-long stays. Please get in touch with us for more details. SECURITY DEPOSIT: We take a security deposit of Rs. 10,000 upon check-in, which is refundable upon check-out*. The security deposit for a longer stay will be higher. We take an additional security deposit for children below the age of 14. Please also note, we take an extra charge of Rs. 500 for the 6th guest. *Upon arrival, before check-in, you will be required to transfer the amount and you will be refunded the same (subject to damages, breakages etc) via cash or bank transfer! NETWORK: Mobile network is an issue but there is good fast speed wifi at the property! PARKING: There is parking on the road right outside the gate of the complex! The parking inside is reserved for the home owners! POWER BACKUP: Our property offers partial power backup, ensuring that essential amenities such as some lights, fans, and the Wi-Fi remain operational during power outages. To avoid voltage issues and potential electricity trips, we kindly ask that you turn off appliances when not in use. Please note that air conditioners will not function during power cuts with this setup.
