The space The apartment consists of 3 bed rooms where all bedrooms can host 2 people , including also a personal working space and a wardrobe each, a kitchen with comfortable dining corner, bathroom with shower and two washbasins and a separated toilet. All rooms have wooden floor. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are tiled. The spacious balcony can be reached from the living room. Furthermore, there is a fan in every room. WiFi included. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, dish washer, tableware, cutlery and kitchen utensils. A washing machine and dryer at the ground floor can be used for EUR 1 / 30 min. Guest access You will have access to all parts of the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is located not only next to the city center but also close to the famous Schönbrunn Palace. It is very well connected to public transportation. You reach the historic center as well as the major sights in less than 15 minutes. Several supermarkets, restaurants, bakery and shops are within a 5 minutes walking distance. Tipp: The famous “Naschmarkt” is located between the metro stations Kettenbrückengasse and Karlsplatz. With the U4 it is reached within only a few minutes. The Naschmarkt is a place where many different cultures meet and it reflects perfectly the different sides of the city. The results are restaurants, bars and market stalls that offer different cuisines.
