Hedd Wen Cottage is a spacious, modern three-bedroom holiday home in rural Gwynedd with step-free ground-floor access, an en-suite bedroom and two comfortable living rooms. With underfloor heating, private garden, fast Wi-Fi, parking and EV charging, it offers comfort and privacy close to Eryri (Snowdonia), the Llŷn Peninsula and North Wales’ coast. The space Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom and king-size bed. Second bedroom also has king-size bed. Third bedroom has 2 single beds (2 x 3ft by 6ft). Family bathroom has a nice-sized bath with overhead shower. Large open plan kitchen-diner and living room. Large wood burner in corner of living room (available when 3+ nights booked. First bucket of firewood provided, £10 per bucket thereafter). Separate second living room located next to master bedroom, providing a quiet space and a desk area for writing or working, or use it as a games room! Pool table, books and board games located there, as well as a sofa bed. Closing the door that separates the two living rooms can provide privacy should it be needed - ideal for extended family or friends sharing the accommodation. Patio doors lead you out to the spacious patio area, picnic table and garden. There are also French doors in the second living room. Underfloor heating throughout, with a separate thermostat for each room. Towel rail in both bathrooms. Guest access You'll have the whole space to yourselves. Other things to note Plenty of parking space directly outside the cottage. EV charger conveniently available on site (additional charge). No steps to access the cottage or its patio. There are a couple of steps to access the garden and picnic table.
