Free parking. Cozy and central apartment!

Cozy and modern apartment of 45m² with easy access to most of what you need in everyday life. The apartment comes with its own parking space, with the possibility of charging an electric car (for a small surcharge, please contact us). The apartment has an excellent location on the 3rd floor and is experienced without annoying insight or noise. There is a dog living with us usually, so dogs are welcome😊 There is only one double bed in the apartment, but we have a double air mattress available if needed, possibly a single mattress. The space More good qualities: • - Balcony of 10m² • - Corner kitchen from HTH • - Nice tiled bathroom with washing machine and dryer • - District heating throughout the apartment • - Heated floors in the hallway and bathroom • - Parking in heated parking basement (electric car charging available) • - Everything you need for everyday life in the immediate vicinity • - The Ladestien trail and other hiking trails within a short walking distance from the apartment • - Walking distance to the shopping centers City Lade and Sirkus Shopping • - Central location with good bus and train connections Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment, except for the interior storage room and some cabinets. If you need an iron, please let us know in advance. If you need an electric car charger, please contact us. :) Other things to note After booking, guests will receive a video guide showing the way to our apartment. We live here normally, and there will therefore be some personal belongings in the apartment, some in locked cabinets. There is basically no storage for clothes, other than hooks in the hallway. Let us know if this is a problem, or if clothes hangers are needed. Refrigerator and kitchen will contain some personal food items. Space will be cleared for guests' food purchases, including one drawer in the freezer section of the refrigerator. We have a double air mattress that can be used if there are more than two guests, this can only be placed on the living room floor. We also have a single mattress that can be placed on the bedroom floor if you are 3 guests :) There's a gas grill on the porch. This should not be used unless otherwise agreed. It's not surprising if you struggle to find the microwave. It's actually inside the TV bench!
