Downstairs, in the open-plan living area, there is a fully-fitted kitchen with an electric oven; hob; fridge; dishwasher; microwave; coffee maker; air fryer; kettle; toaster - along with all the crockery and utensils you might require for a quick cuppa or a cordon bleu dinner, and you only need to ask if you require any little extras! There is a dining table and chairs for four people and, in the lounge area, there is a sofa which converts to a double bed-settee, along with a comfortable arm chair and a smart TV. Upstairs, there is large bedroom with fully-fitted wardrobes providing ample space for clothing and belongings, along with bedside cabinets and table lamps and a wall-mounted TV. In the en-suite bathroom, there is a shower cubicle with a rainfall showerhead and complimentary shampoo and shower gel. Outside, there is a private parking area for 2 cars (with additional parking on site if required) along with a private patio area, with table and sun umbrella, a small lawned area and super views over the surrounding countryside. There is also a complimentary welcome hamper which comprises a selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and, for breakfast, a selection of cereals, preserves, bread, butter and fresh milk. Guest access Brookhouse Cottage has a private entrance and is completely independent of the main building.. Other things to note For your information, we would like to let you know that we have another Airbnb property available on site, Brookhouse Lodge, situated in the garden of the main house. This can be used alone, or in addition to Brookhouse Cottage for larger groups of people and, if booked in conjunction with Brookhouse Cottage, guests are welcome to use the garden and BBQ facilities which are available to the guests of Brookhouse Lodge.
