The open-concept floor plan connects the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with high ceilings, and the covered terrace, offering seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living. Drop off and pick up for reasonable fee. ✔KITCHEN Leave clean and organized. Trash should be taken to the tank near the parking lot. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: ✔ POOL: Pump operates on a timer and can not be changed. ✔ WATER PARK & MINI GOLF $ Have an admission Fee and are not included in the rental price. ✔ PARKING: Space for up to TWO car available. Additional cars must be parked at common parking area. ✔ WINE GLASSES: We do not provide wine glasses to avoid accidents in the pool. We recommend to buy disposable wine glasses at Playero or Pola Supermarket. ✔ TOWELS: We do not provide washcloths. We provide 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 floor towel per bedroom which must be in existence upon check-out day. Any missing towels have a cost of 20U$D for bath towels and 10U$D for hand and floor towel.
