Stay in this grade 2 listed, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat with parking, situated a stones throw from the high street in Lymington. Cosy and warm in the winter, with outside balcony to enjoy a glass of wine in the summer! This flat is fully equipped for short break or week long stay in our vibrant market town. Perfectly located to explore the town, the New Forest & stunning local beaches along the south coast. The space Our flat is conveniently located on St Thomas Street at the top of Lymington high street, opposite M&S. It has one off street parking space in a shared car park behind. It has two bright and airy double bedrooms with king sized beds and cotton linen. The master bedroom is en-suite with shower and toilet and there is a separate family bathroom with a bath and toilet. The second double bedroom is on the top floor up some steep stairs (this is not ensuite). The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and leads onto the balcony overlooking a shared courtyard garden. The courtyard is used by the wine shop below for customers to enjoy a glass of wine, this closes at 7pm. The lounge/diner has a woodburner (not currently in use) sofas and TV, and a dining room table that seats 4. Guest access Access to the flat is via the back of St Thomas Street through the courtyard garden and up some steps onto the balcony. Other things to note The flat is located above a shop on St Thomas Street - there can be occasional noise from the road outside, but the flat does have secondary glazing to minimize this. The flat is accessed by some balcony steps and may not be suitable to those with disabilities and/or young children.
