The apartment is located in a quite area with loads of amazing brunch and cafes near by. It is only 5 minutes by foot to the tram or 10 minutes on the Ubahn to Alexanderplatz. The space You’re have a spacious room with a working desk and a large closet to store your clothes. You’ll also get your private balcony where you can have a glass of wine looking into the beautiful sunset. You can also smoke on the balcony if you’re a smoker. Other things to note There’s a washing machine if you need to do your laundry. I will provide laundry capsule, shampoo and body wash in the bathroom but please prepare your own towel. Alternatively, you could also get a towel with an additional charge of €10.
