It’s a bargain, so long as you’re OK with not being directly on the water but up the hill and also dealing with a road that requires crossover or better. We do not recommend a sedan. We only allow dogs No cats We allow a maximum of 2 dogs under 40 lbs and you are required to add your pets to the guest booking and let us know you plan to bring pets so there is no confusion and the cleaners are prepared we ask that you do not allow pets that have been in the lake to come inside wet or be on the furniture at anytime. The umbrella is great on the dock but it does not like the wind. Put it down every time you finish using it. We check it after EVERY checkout. If broken, a replacement is $200 If you are coming to ride side by sides we are 10 minutes from loop 2 and ask that you trailer your side by sides and do not ride them around
