Description
The bungalow was designed by an architect to encapsulate the beautiful rolling hills of the Herefordshire countryside and the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets that come with it. Perfect for a family trip, romantic weekend away or a little bit of down time, the bungalow is located 1 mile on the outskirts of Bromyard and only 25 minutes from the M5. The magnificent Malvern Hills are a short 20 minute drive, and there are plenty of beautiful walks and cycles routes within 15 minutes. The space The property comprises a large electric car-port with private parking, an enclosed garden at the front and rear of the bungalow, an external lockable dog kennel and a luxurious jacuzzi hot-tub for your exclusive use. Internally, the space comprises a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room. There are grand windows and glass sliding doors leading out to the front and the rear of the bungalow, where you are more than welcome to use the gas webber barbeque, table and chairs and the ping pong table! The kitchen is ready to deal with anything from a full Sunday roast to a chilled morning coffee. There's a wonderful coffee machine with milk frother, air fryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and washing machine. There is a breakfast bar which looks out over the front decking area with scenic views. The living room area houses two sofas (one is a reclining sofa for ultimate comfort), 55 smart SONY TV, Wifi and skylights. There is also a separate WC which can be accessed via the living room area. There are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are light and airy - and have fantastic views across the fields. They both have comfortable king sized beds complete with luxurious bedding and towels. The master bedroom also has a TV, dressing table and a private door which leads out to the rear patio area. Both rooms have a sliding door into the shared wet-room with a rainfall shower, toilet and sink. The bungalow has large windows and glass doors which allows plenty of natural sunlight in. However, each window and door is fitted with full blinds which can be shut or partially closed if privacy is preferred. You will find underfloor heating throughout the house which keeps it nice and toasty during the winter months. This property is a purpose built for easy wheel-chair access, including a ramp in the electric car-port to the front door. We are more than happy to welcome up to 2 well-behaved house trained dogs to the bungalow. Should you require any storage room for canoes, fishing equipment or bikes - there is plenty of room in the car-port. The car port also houses a tumble dryer if needed. Please note that there is a neighbouring property next to the bungalow. Other things to note Please note that Noakes Farm is a working family farm with an active riding school - the riding school offers lessons and hacks in groups or privately. For further information please visit our website. We are RDA and BHS approved. Please note that if you would like to use the hot tub during your stay let me know at the time of booking. There is an additional £50 charge payable on arrival (for the duration of your stay). This is to cover electricity and cleaning of the hot tub.
