The lawn is perfect for an afternoon playing games. 6 Pool/Beach passes are provided for access to the Lakeview Lodge Pool which is open to guests Monday - Thursday from Memorial day to the third week of August. Lakeview Lodge is a 5 minute walk from the house. A guest pass is not required for children under 2. The Lakeview Lodge pool is reserved for property owners Fri-Sun and on holidays. The Pool/Beach passes may be used mon-thur at the Treasure Lake main beach (New Providence Beach). For 2025 only passes will be accepted at Bimini Beach and the Campground Pool. Guests may also wish to visit the large Dubois city pool or nearby Parker Dam State Park. See their websites for details. Cook dinner on the supplied gas/charcoal BBQ and around a cozy lakeside fire. Kitchen: stainless steel appliances, fully stocked for all of your cooking and serving needs. Bedroom 1: King bed, Roku TV, desk, large walk in closet Bedroon 2: King bed, Roku TV, closet First floor full bathroom, double sink, tub/shower First floor laundry Lovely deck with lake view Second Floor: Reading Nook, with view of the lake Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed, 2 twin beds, Roku TV, closet Ensuite Full Bathroom with walk in shower Lower Level: (walk out, with patio and windows) Vintage Theme game room with Fooseball table, games table, Roku TV, sofa bed (queen bed with extra foam topper to make it very comfortable) and chairs. Propane stove for heat in the winter. Walk out to lovely patio and lawn. Several outdoor games provided Guest access The entire house Other things to note 4 KAYAKS provided with the home, life vests and paddles and whistles. No outside boats allowed into the development. All guests must wear a life vest when out on the lakes. Renters assume all responsibility using boats and will not hold owner liable. Swim/fish off private dock, in quiet safe cove (PA Fishing license required for 16 and older, catch and release only). Treasure Lake POA has limited the pool use to owners during weekends and holidays. HOUSE COMES WITH 6 POOL/BEACH PASSES GUESTS CAN ONLY USE POOL/BEACH MON-THUR (NON HOLIDAY) Pool open: early June through the third week of August) PASSES MUST BE RETURNED TO THE HOUSE, FEE FOR LOST PASSES IS $50 PER PASS. CHILDREN 5 AND UNDER DO NOT NEED A PASS. Dubois public pool is available on weekends for an additional fee. Linens for all beds provided bath towels provided (bring your own beach towels) Washer and dryer for your use Soap dispensers at each sink Shampoo, Shower Gel and Conditioner provided in each shower Starter pack of Paper products (toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom), napkins, 1 roll of paper towels), Dishwasher tabs (large container), Trash Bags (large box) (if you run out, you would need to supply) Renters bring your own wood for fire pit Pet Policy: We accept up to 2 non shed dogs up to 50 lbs each (no puppies). All others must be approved before booking. We are happy to host your pet with no additional pet fee. No fee Pet Policy We are offering our rental with no pet fee. -Dogs must be leased when outside (no exceptions) -Dogs will not be on furniture/beds (provide your own blanket/dog beds) -No excess hair left in the home -Yard must be cleaned up of any waste A fee of $60 will be imposed if extra cleaning is required for excess pet hair A fee of $65 will be imposed if any waste is left in the yard Rules: Must be over 25 to rent No Smoking Maximum number of guests: 10 Maximum Cars: 4 (all must be parked on driveway, not grass) No Parties Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am (this is a quiet residential community) Guests must pay for any speeding ticket or citation they receive from the TL Security 1 Ring Camera at the driveway In addition to the amazing property, Treasure Lake has lots to offer, including two of the nicest golf courses in Pennsylvania. Walking distance to community pool (see above restrictions) tennis courts, and the sandy beach and marina at Treasure Lake. Duffers Tavern for dining and happy hour. Other scenic attractions close to Treasure Lake includes Elk Viewing in Benezette and Bilgers Rocks in Grampian, PA. Only 2 hours from Pittsburgh and 70 minutes from Penn State, this amazing chalet makes a wonderful getaway. Owner reserves the right to access boat at dock on property
