It's always nice in the Baarsjes, and especially in this cosy appartment with balcony on the southwest! With different parks in the neighborhood there is a lot of green to soak up. Just around the corner is the Jan Evertsenstraat, with a lot of bars, stors and restaurants. Both citylife and peace and quiet are within reach by staying in this appartment. The kitchen and bathroom are just renovated, the kitchen has a cute bar aswell. In the living there is a nice loungesofa, perfect for chilling. The space The appartement is about 50m2, with a balcony of 6m2. In the entree there is room for shoes, coats, suitcases. On the left side of the entree there is the open living space with open kitchen. The kitchen has a bar area, next to a dining table that can place 6 people. Also, there is a lounge sofa that's directed to the tv. Across the entree there is a small but new bathroom. On the right side of the entree the bedroom is located, with a queensize bed. The balcony can be entered through the bedroom. On the balcony there is a sitting corner for 2, where you can soak up the afternoon sun.
