Downstairs, a 25 m² sun balcony with a lake view — upstairs, a 100 m² roof terrace with your own whirlpool and a panorama you'll never forget. The 12-meter-long window front, which is south-facing and even extends around the corner, brings the lake into the entire living area. The view extends to the Schafberg — in the morning, in the evening, in summer, in the snow. You will sleep on a Coco-Mat bed made of 100% natural materials — 2.20 m long, one of those beds that you don't want to get out of in the morning. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need — and more: Gaggenau, Neff, WMF. Here, the first espresso in the morning is just as enjoyable as the last glass of wine in the evening. In the bathroom, you will find a bath and shower, Saint-Charles toiletries, a Dyson Supersonic and fluffy Coco-Mat bathrobes. Separate toilet.
