You'll love our Garden Level Suite situated on beautiful acreage in a Golf Course Community with amazing views of Pikes Peak and the Rockies. The private entrance leads to all the comfort and fun of vacationing! Enjoy the full kitchen, games galore, big screen theater room, hot tub and fire pit. Convenient to hiking, skiing, fishing, fun-filled rodeos, golfing and Air Force festivities. The space Entry to this beautiful 1500 sq ft Suite is situated behind the lovely primary residence and sits on 2.5 acres. It is the bottom level of a 3-story home with the 2nd bedroom being either 2 twins or 1 king. You can grill up fancy bbq, cozy up on the covered patio, warm up by the oversized firepit, relax in the hot tub and wonder at the fantastic mountain views and stars so close you can almost touch them! Step inside to enjoy all the comforts of home with lovely slate accents, sports memorabilia, and entertainment for all ages. Poker table, pool table, air hockey, foosball, board games, theater room, puzzles and workout area offer something for everyone. Please note that we are 1.5 hours from the closest ski area, still close enough for a day trip! SMOKING/VAPING/E-CIGARETTE/RECREATIONAL DRUG USE IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY! Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire Garden Level Suite, covered patio and entire back yard. Private parking is to the side of the primary home and entry to the Suite is down a short, sloped walkway. There is 1 step about halfway down. Self-check in is via the lockbox to the left of the door. The upper residence is separated by a locking door leading to the main level. There is a Welcome Book when you enter the home but we are available to do a walk-through if you'd like. Your privacy and security is of the highest importance. We are here to make your stay truly memorable and protect your privacy and security. Other things to note This open concept Suite has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and bedroom 2 has the option of being a king bed or 2 twins and has all the amenities. There is a pack n' play, blow up toddler bed and 2 full reclining sofa ends which can provide extra sleeping space. With the treadmill and weights, you’ll never miss a workout. Trails in the community offer additional activities. There is a private laundry room with washer and dryer. The hot tub is new and has a locking cover for child safety. The view is unparalleled! Must be 25 or older to book.
